I am not really sure what I expected of our first free camp but this place is awesome! We left Ulladulla this morning and headed inland from Batemans Bay toward Braidwood. Unfortunately we got stuck in some traffic after a road closure so a 4 hour drive turned into 6 hours in the car but I suppose we should get used to that.

Kids have been amazing and we arrived at Jugiong Showground and rest stop in time to catch a beautiful sunset

The place is huge. Quite a few vans here but all spaced out and nice to have the feeling of space around us. Cooked up a feast and time for bed before we hit the road tomorrow heading towards Euchuca, in the Murray Valley on the border between NSW and VIC
