Well, it is officially less than a month until we set off from Narrabeen on our adventure and oh my goodness, it’s total chaos but we are all still smiling!

Andy is officially in charge of all things van related and it seems every day of the week the van or car need to be somewhere for some kind of check or upgrade. On our test weekend at narrabeen camp site a few weeks ago we discovered that the fridge didn’t work (kind of essential) so that is currently being fixed and fingers crossed it will come back as being more useful than a cupboard.

I am in charge of pack up logistics for the house and have boxes everywhere! For a while I held off thinking we still have to live in the house for a few more weeks and clearly need everything out. I have now changed my mind and am in full packing mode and anything that hasn’t moved in 24 hours is at risk of being put in a box! Shipping container due to arrive in three weeks so plenty of time for a few more tip runs/ charity shop drops/ selling of random items 😂

Planning for our actual trip is really taking a back seat at the moment as the logistics of everything else seem to be more of a priority. We have planned our first month with sites booked in until 10 January which at least gets us over the main holiday period. Plenty of time to work out the rest of the trip along the way!
